Free Shipping Always on qualifying retail orders

Meat Rocket Spices offers free standard shipping within the United States on retail orders with a total shipping weight of 2 lb or less.

Orders with a total shipping weight of more than 2 lb will be charged shipping at checkout based on the available shipping rate.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Meat Rocket Spices is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, contact us at meatrocketspices@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
